Heat is the product.
Bitcoin mining converts electricity into heat with near-perfect efficiency. Our business rests on a single premise: none of it should go to waste. Designed correctly, a mining site recovers that heat and sells it to heat networks, industry and agriculture, earning two core revenue streams from every megawatt it consumes.
Three ways to work with us.
Heat-reuse mining sites
We design and develop liquid-cooled Bitcoin mining sites in which heat recovery is part of the architecture rather than an afterthought. The recovered heat serves customers nearby; the hashrate serves the Bitcoin network.
- Site selection and heat-offtake structuring
- Engineering of cooling loops, heat pumps and grid connections
- Designed for long-term operation and dependable heat supply
Consulting
We advise energy companies, heat networks, landowners, industrial sites and mining operators that want to integrate heat reuse into projects of their own. We bring the commercial structures, regulatory analysis and technical groundwork developed in the course of our own work.
- Feasibility and site-selection studies
- Heat-offtake and power-supply structuring
- Regulatory, tax and permitting strategy
- Technical design and equipment procurement
The engine beneath it
Mining is what generates the heat. The model rests on modern, efficient hardware whose electrical load can be curtailed within seconds, which makes it a natural participant in grid-balancing markets. Where the market provides for it, the displaced fossil heat can also be monetised as verified emissions reductions.
- Liquid-cooled, latest-generation hardware
- Flexible load for grid-balancing services
- Emissions-reduction credits where schemes allow
Heat is the product, not the problem.
A conventional data centre consumes energy to compute, produces heat as a by-product, and then consumes more energy to get rid of it. Connect that heat to a buyer next door and it stops being a cost and becomes a product.
Low-carbon electricity
Hydro, wind, nuclear or surplus power — wherever electricity is both inexpensive and low in carbon.
Liquid-cooled miners
Mining hardware is designed to run hot. Liquid cooling captures that heat at its source and carries it away in a coolant loop, rather than dispersing it into the air with fans.
Heat pump
Industrial heat pumps raise the recovered heat to the temperature the customer requires — up to 85 °C for district heating networks.
Delivered to a buyer
The heat is delivered to a district heating network, a greenhouse, a factory or a fish farm, displacing heat that would otherwise have been produced by burning fuel.
Where the conditions are right.
A heat-reuse site is viable where reliable power, a committed heat off-taker and a supportive regulatory environment coincide. The model is not tied to any one country or climate, and we evaluate opportunities wherever those three conditions align.
- Low-cost, low-carbon electricityDependable supply at a price at which mining is viable on its own terms.
- A buyer for the heat, close byA district heating network, an industrial facility or an agricultural operation within efficient reach.
- A supportive regulatory environmentRules and tax structures that recognise recovered heat for the asset it is.
Let's turn wasted heat into shared value.
